The social concerns committee coordinates with the St. Vincent dePaul Society to help those in need. The group schedules meals once a month for HIV/AIDS infected men at Harrison House in Bergen County. In cooperation with the Inter-religious Fellowship for the Homeless they cook for the homeless in Hackensack. They prepare "care kits" for the homeless shelters as needed. The group organizes the parish food collection for the Helping Hands Ministry at Sacred Heart Church in Rochelle Park and other organizations on a continuing basis.
