The St Vincent de Paul Society's mission is to celebrate Christ in our lives and dedicate a portion of our lives to the service of God's people, especially those in need in our local community. Inspired by the example of St Vincent de Paul the society is part of an international group established in 1833.
Our goals include the following:
In addition to offering both spiritual and financial assistance to the needy, members of this society also make themselves available several times a year to feed the homeless at county shelters and provide transportation for those having a need for that service.
The society depends upon financial contributions made by parishioners. There are two boxes in the rear of the church for contributions.
If you would like to join the society, please leave your name and contact number with the Parish Office. If you know someone who is in need, have them contact the office for assistance.
